Tsavo East National Park is the one of the oldest and largest park in Kenya at 13,747 square Kilometres. Situated in a semi-arid area previously know as the Taru Desert it opened in April 1948, and it is located near the town of voi in the Taita – Taveta County of the former Coast Province.
Programme
We Pick you up from your coastal hotel at 6:30 am, drive via Mombasa-Nairobi highway to the one of the largest national parks in Kenya (Tsavo East National Park 366 kilometers from Mombasa) for the morning game drive upon arrival. After 2.5hours game viewing, check-in and have lunch at your lodge/camp. You rest till 3:30pm time for the afternoon game viewing drive, which is spend with a chance to see large population of Red Elephants, Zebras, Gazelles, Antelopes, Buffalos and not forgetting Lions, later drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight (Lodge/camp).
The day starts with an early cup of coffee, then proceed for the morning game drive (lasts for 1hour 30min). Later drive back to the camp for breakfast. Check out of the camp for the last game viewing drive till you exit (leave) the park; we take lunch and get you back to your beach hotel.
Price
Safari Price is per person in a double room travelling with an executive safari minivan. Safari Jeep 4x4 for supplement as mentioned below.
